Termatrac

Al-Flex pinpoints drywood and subterranean termite activity with Termatrac, an electronic instrument that detects the movement of termites hiding within walls and other solid objects.

This tool, which resembles a sonogram machine for the detection of termites, uses patented microwave technology to find termites below timber, plasterboard, brick, cement block or masonry without damaging interior or exterior surfaces.

Borescope

Al-Flex checks for drywood termites inside walls with a borescope, a fiber-optic viewing device.

We drill a 1/4 inch hole near the base of the wall, where we insert the borescope. The device has an eyepiece and a halogen lamp that enables us to look deep within the walls and find the termites. These small holes may easily be spackled and painted over.

Infrared Camera

Al-Flex uses infrared cameras to find termites hiding deep within walls and other solid objects. These cameras enable us to pinpoint the exact location of termites and develop an accurate plan for eradicating them.
